Meisler Chief Band Has Outstanding Performance

The Meisler Cheifs band recently had an excellent performance at the Jefferson Parish Superintendent’s Large Ensemble Assessment Program on April 9 at Bonnabel High School.  Congratulations to Mr. Lanxner and all of his wonderful band students for a job “well done.”

National History Day Finalists!!

Congratulations to Anam Chaudhry (Grade 7) and her documentary on the “Muhammad Ali Jinnah:  Lahore Resolution”, and Grade 8 group members Calla Spallino, Jerry Flaspoller, Dustin Labat, Esther Lee and Catherine Salgado for their performance of “McDonald’s Impact on Child Nutrition.” These students have qualified for the National Contest of National History Day.  The national […]

PARCC Phase 1 is a success!

Thanks to the outstanding efforts of Mrs. Brandi Sauviac, the Meisler Testing Tsaritsa, and her faithful and hard-working testing minions, the Phase 1 portion of PARCC was a resounding success at Meisler.  We now continue preparation for iLEAP/LEAP in April, and the Phase 2 PARCC in May.

National History Day Results!
